How We Built the Ground + 5 on Plot 1067, Stage by Stage
Site excavation and foundation preparation. The ground is excavated and prepared for the reinforced concrete foundations.
Reinforced concrete frame for six levels. Ground plus five floors, with post-tension concrete works carried out by specialist subcontractor Premium Post Tension.
Blockwork, plaster and finishing. Walls and finishes follow the structure floor by floor.
MEP installations. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for every apartment.
Façade, roof and waterproofing. External treatment and painting, then roof works and waterproofing to protect the building.

The consultant prepares the drawings, Ajman Municipality and Planning Department issues the building permit, and the work is then inspected at key stages as it goes up.
