We visit your plot, look at your drawings and budget, and give you a straight answer on cost, approvals and timing before you commit.
Permits and Approvals
We coordinate the building permit, Civil Defence and EtihadWE with your consultant, so the project moves from drawings to site without delays.
Construction Under Engineer Supervision
Our own engineers check every stage against the approved drawings, and you get regular updates with photos.
Handover and After-Service
Final inspections, clearances, the keys and a full set of documents, with after-service support once you move in.
