Sarmed Contracting is a licensed building contractor, operating since 2017. Our office sits in Al Alia, just off Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, where we’ve built strong relationships with the Municipality and the neighbourhoods we build in.
We build apartment buildings, commercial and mixed-use buildings and residential villas across Al Rashidiya, Al Nuaimia, Al Hamidiya, Al Alia and the Al Jurf industrial zone. Our team manages the entire process, from the first permit application with your consultant to the final Civil Defence inspection.

Sarmed Contracting LLC is a licensed contracting company working from Al Alia since 2017, and our civil engineer Sarmed Tariq holds the G+ Unlimited engineering classification, the grade for buildings with no limit on the number of floors. Every project is built to the approved drawings and to Municipality and Civil Defence requirements.
Do you handle building permits and approvals with the Municipality?
Yes. Your licensed consultant prepares and submits the drawings for the building permit, and we coordinate with them from the start: structural details, Civil Defence requirements, utility connections, follow-ups and stage inspections, so your approvals move without back-and-forth.
